Directions: Take two (2) capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients: 2 vegetarian capsules supply:
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) (2000 IU) 50 mcg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) (as riboflavin 5’-phosphate sodium) 400 mg
Folate (as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium salt) 3400 mcg°
Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 500 mcg
Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 72 mg
CoQ10 (as ubiquinone) 300 mg
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silica, vegetable stearate, dicalcium phosphate, maltodextrin, food starch-modified.

Warning: Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU)/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Do not exceed 10000 IU per day unless recommended by your doctor. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels.
