Directions: Use in a diffuser for aromatic attributes. For topical use, carefully dilute a maximum of 5% Muscle Zen™ oil with a carrier oil or lotion prior to use. Apply dilution to desired areas prone to tension (hands, shoulders, back, etc.) for a soothing massage.
