Directions: Wash your hands before and after using this applicator. Remove the outer packaging and expand the plunger located on the bottom of the applicator.
Place a suppository into the open ended barrel of the applicator. Get into position. You can either lie on your back with your knees bent, or you can stand with your knees bent and your feet a few inches apart.
Lie on your back with bent knees, or stand with your knees bent. Suppositories are inserted into the vagina like a tampon.
Hold the applicator by the end of the barrel and gently insert it into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. Slowly press the plunger of the applicator to release the suppository into the vagina, and then gently remove it. Discard the used applicator.
