  • Melatonin – naturally produced by the body, melatonin plays a key role in regulating the sleep-wake cycle, also known as the circadian rhythm. It can promote drowsiness when taken as a supplement.
  • Sambucus nigra Elderberry Extract – this herb has been traditionally used for immune support for centuries. In addition to immune support, Sambucus nigra elderberry has powerful antioxidant properties.
  • Valerian Root – an herb that has been used for centuries as a traditional sleep aid, it is thought to influence GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter in the brain that helps to promote relaxation and reduce feelings of occasional stress.
  • Lemon Balm – also known as Melissa officinalis, Lemon Balm has been traditionally used to promote relaxation.
  • L-Theanine – an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, particularly in green tea, L-Theanine is known for its ability to promote relaxation.

    Directions: Adults take one capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
