**At time of manufacture

Directions: Adults take 3 softgels in the morning priori to breakfast and 3 softgels prior to bedtime. Drink a full glass (8 oz) of water with each serving. Do not exceed 6 softgels per day. If have a loose stool, decrease intake from 6 softgels to 4 softgels daily.
