| DHA Flax Oil
Looking for an alternative to fish-sourced DHA oils? Flora's DHA Flax Oil is a vegetarian source of unrefined DHA, blended with organic Flora Flax Oil, providing a DHA from tank-grown algae, not fish. DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that is essential for the proper functioning of our brains as adults, and for the development of our nervous system during the first six months of life.* Directions: Shake well before using. Take 1 tablespoon one to three times daily with meals. For optimum freshness, keep refrigerated and use within 8 weeks after opening. Can be frozen to maintain freshness. Do NOT heat or use for frying.
