Jarrow Formulas® MCT Oil is a natural source of caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) fatty acids from 100% coconut oil. Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) are nutritious fats that the body can quickly burn for energy.* Unlike other long- or short-chain fatty acids that are stored as fat in the body, MCT are easier for the liver to process and metabolize for quick energy.* See nutrition information for total fat and saturated fat content. MCT oil is rapidly absorbed and provides fast fuel to the body.*
Directions: Adults take 1 tablespoon once a day on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
