OptiZinc® 30 supplies elemental zinc monomethionine, a chemically defined, patented organic compound which provides zinc and the amino acid methionine.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warning: Orally, zinc may cause nausea, vomiting, and a metallic taste in the mouth.
