Cranberries contain both soluble PACs, found in the juice and insoluble PACs, found in the fiber of the skin and seeds. Studies show it is the soluble PACs that have anti-adhesion activity, while the insoluble PACs have not shown any activity. Many products do not specify the type or quantity of PACs.
