Directions: 1 to 2 tablets three times daily, approximately 1 hour before meals.

Ingredients: 2 tablets supply: Chromium (67 mcg from GTF yeast-free polynicotinate [ChromeMate(r)] & 67 mcg from yeast-free chromium picolinate) 134 mcg, Citrin(r) (from Garcinia cambogia fruit extract) yielding 667 mg of (-)hydroxycitric acid as calcium hydroxycitrate 1,333 mg, L-Phenylalanine 134 mg.
Other Ingredients: stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
