Directions: 1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approx. 1.5 mg of melatonin. For best results, allow liquid to remain in the mouth for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing.

Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 4.5 mg 264
Melatonin 4.5 mg
