Whoever decided to call oil “black gold” obviously wasn’t familiar with black tea. With naturally occurring catechins and polyphenols it’s worth its weight in, well, you know. When it comes to health and happiness a cup of black tea is like hitting the mother lode; you’re excited to find such a rich treasure, but you really have no idea how good you have it until you dig deeper.
