This extra strength product has twice the Glucosamine/Chondroitin (750 mg/600 mg per tablet) as in our regular strength produt (375 mg/300 mg per capsule).

Directions: Take 2 tablets daily. Due to the size of tablet, take with 8 oz. of water or other beverage.
