Directions: One tablet daily. Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly, altering its position to avoid prolonged contact with the same area.

Ingredients: 1 tablet supplies: Folate (as folic acid) 400 mcg, Vitamin B-12 (as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) 5 mg.
Other Ingredients: sorbitol, mannitol, natural cherry flavor, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate.
