Directions: 2 tablets twice daily between meals. Take throughout the month, except during menstruation.

Chinese Peony Root, Bai-Zhu Atractylodes Rhizome, Codonopsis Root, Prepared
Rehmannia Root, Poria Sclerotium, Molasses, Ligusticum chuanxiong Rhizome,
and Licorice Root

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, silica, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.
