St. John’s wort has become one of the primary botanicals used to support mental well-being. Planetary Herbals FULL SPECTRUM™ ST. JOHN’S WORT EXTRACT combines an extract standardized to hypericins with an extract of St. John’s wort aerial parts. Each tablet yields a minimum of 1.5 mg hypericins.

Directions: 1 tablet twice daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Calcium (as dibasic caclium phosphate & naturally occurring) 31 mg
St. John's Wort Aerial Parts(Hypericum perforatum) Standardized Extract 0.3%
Yielding 1.5 mg Hypericins 500 mg
St. John's Wort Aerial Parts Extract 100 mg

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, stearic acid, silica, and magnesium stearate.
