| Nature’s Way Perika contains 300 mg of St. John’s Wort per serving to help promote a positive mood.* Perika extract is standardized to hyperforin, one of the key “mood enhancing” components in St. John’s Wort.* We use HyperiSure® System stabilizing technology to ensure that Perika will deliver a guaranteed level of hyperforin for optimal effectiveness.
Directions: Take 1 tablet with water 3 times daily at mealtimes. Best results occur after 2-4 weeks of regular use. Ingredients: 1 tablet supplies: St. John's Wort Extract WS® 5570 (stem, leaf, flower) patented and standardized to 3% hyperforin (9 mg) 300mg Other Ingredients: cellulose, starch, sodium croscarmellose, hypromellose, caramel color, ascorbic acid (preservative to maintain freshness), titanium dioxide color, magnesium stearate, silica, stearic acid This product does not contain: artificial flavoring dairy products gluten soy wheat yeast Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking antidepressant medications.
