  • Male: 25 mg = 33 drops
  • Female: 25 mg = 33 drops

    9-13 Years:

  • Male: 45 mg = 60 drops
  • Female: 45 mg = 60 drops

    14-18 Years:

  • Male: 75 mg = 100 drops
  • Female: 65 mg = 87 drops
  • Pregnancy: 80 mg = 107 drops
  • Lactation: 115 mg = 153 drops

    19+ Years:

  • Male: 90 mg = 120 drops
  • Female: 75 mg = 100 drops
  • Pregnancy: 85 mg = 113 drops
  • Lactation: 120 mg = 160 drops

    1 pump typically fills the dropper about 1/2 of the way.
