And, although curcumin, the main compound present in turmeric, can be a notoriously difficult ingredient to absorb, piperine, the active ingredient in Black Pepper Seed (Piper nigrum), may support the bioavailability of, and thus the absorption of curcumin.

We've also included Cassia Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum cassia) - the more commonly used cinnamon that you may already enjoy in your coffee, tea, or baked goods - which has been a staple in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for a myriad of purposes!

Lastly, this blend has Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) which may support digestion, and Rosemary Leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis) & Sage Leaf (Salvia officinalis) which have neuroprotective properties and may support your overall health.
