Directons: When diffusing, use 2 drops in the diffuser of your choice. Never diffuse this oil in a child’s room or directly around pets. Ensure good airflow when diffusing.

When applying topically, mix 2 drops per 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Never use this blend directly on the skin, always dilute with a carrier oil as directed. Once blended into a carrier, we recommend massaging this oil on your neck and upper chest.
