Trans-Ferulic acid is an important part of gamma-oryzanol, a plant sterol complex used by many athletes. Due to its antioxidant and adaptogenic properties, trans-ferulic acid is rapidly gaining acceptance by exercise enthusiasts and those in serious training programs.*

Directions: For athletes, 1 tablet 30 to 45 minutes before and after workouts. On non-workout days, take 1 tablet with breakfast. For dietary enhancement, 1 to 2 tablets daily with meals.

Ingredients: 2 Tablets supply:
Calcium (as dibasic calcium phosphate) 59 mg
Trans-Ferulic Acid 500 mg

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silica, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.
