It supplies all the B-vitamins, vitamins A, C, D, E & K, more than a dozen key minerals, 18 amino acids, and other important constituents, including nucleic acids (DNA and RNA).*

Directions: 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily.

Freeze-Dried Royal Jelly (equivalent to 500 mg of fresh royal jelly) 167 mg

Other Ingredients: rice powder and gelatin (capsule).
