Directions: 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Zinc (as zinc methionine sulfate complex [OptiZinc®]) 30 mg
Copper (as copper citrate) 300 mcg

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, modified cellulose gum, silica, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate.
