Dietary Sulfur Supplement

MSM serves as an important source of bioavailable dietary sulfur, an element that plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and elasticity of connective and other tissues. Directions: 2 tablets daily. May take an additional 2 tablets a day if desired.

Molybdenum (as molybdenum amino acid complex) 120 mcg
Methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®) 1.5 g

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, silica, and magnesium stearate.
