Directions: Lather in hands, or rub directly on wet hair. Massage evenly into hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly. When switching from liquid shampoo, your hair may need a short time to adjust. Conventional shampoos can strip hair with detergents and coat it with silicone. Use alone, or followed by conditioner or a diluted vinegar rinse.
