Directions: 1 lozenge at bedtime. For best results, allow to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.

Ingredients: 1 Lozenge supplies:
Vitamin B-6 (from pyridoxal-5'-phosphate [Coenzymated™]) 335 mcg
Melatonin 5 mg

Other Ingredients: sorbitol, mannitol, magnesium stearate, natural peppermint flavor, and stearic acid.
