L-Phenylalanine, an essential amino acid, is a precursor to the amino acid tyrosine and to a whole series of neurotransmitters (including epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine) and the thyroid hormones. Directions: 1 to 2 tablets daily. Ingredients: 1 tablet supplies: L-Phenylalanine 500 mg.
