| Flax Seed-Primrose Oil ALA and GLA Complex
Flax Seed-Primrose Oil provides both omega-6 and omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFA's). EFA's act as precursors to molecules such as prostaglandins, thromboxanes and leukotrienes which help regulate cellular function. EFA?s have been shown to play a role in blood pressure maintenance, immune system balance, sustaining healthy skin and providing nutritional support during women?s cycles. Flaxseed oil, a rich vegetable source of alpha linolenic acid (ALA), and evening primrose oil, a natural source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), provide a potent combination of EFA's. Directions: 1 to 2 softgels twice daily with meals. Ingredients: 2 softgels supply: Flaxseed/Primrose Oil Complex 2,600 mg (Organic Flaxseed Oil 1,600 mg; Evening Primrose Seed Oil 1,000 mg), Yielding: Omega-6 Fatty Acid (as linoleic acid 955-1,015 mg and gamma linolenic acid 95-105 mg), Omega-3 Fatty Acid (as alpha linolenic acid 880-960 mg).
