Directions: 1 to 2 tablets daily.

Ingredients: 2 Tablets supply:
Calcium (as dibasic calcium phosphate) 156 mg
N,N-Dimethylglycine (HCl) 200 mg

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, silica, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.
