Directions: 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily.

Ingredients: 1 Tablet supplies:
DMAE (from 351 mg DMAE bitartrate) 130 mg

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, and silica.
