Directions: 1 to 2 tablets daily, or as recommended by your health care professional. Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly, altering the position of the tablet to avoid prolongled contact with the same area. For best results, use this product for at least 4 weeks.

Ingredients: 1 tablet supplies: Black Cohosh Root (Cimi-Pure(TM)) Standardized Extract 2.5% 80 mg (Cimicifuga racemosa), Yielding 2 mg triterpene glycosides (Expressed as 27-deoxyactein).
Other Ingredients: mannitol, sorbitol, natural chocolate and peppermint flavors, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid and magnesium stearate.
