What are Forskolin Supplements?
Our forskolin supplement is derived from the Forskohlii (Coleus forskohlii) herb. This herb has plain, bright green leaves and flowers that range from blue to lavender. A member of the mint family, Forskohlii grows in Nepal, Thailand and India. Forskohlii root extract has traditionally been used in Ayurveda to support heart health and respiratory health for hundreds of years.

The leaves and the roots of Forskohlii are harvested in autumn when the active ingredients are most concentrated. The root itself only contains a small amount of forskolin, so in order to experience the benefits of this herb, you need to take a concentrated forskolin supplement, such as Nature’s Answer Coleus Forskohlii extract capsules.

What are Forskolin Supplements used for?
Each vegan forskolin capsule contains 250 mg of forskohlii. It’s standardized to 20%, meaning unlike many other brands, you get a full 50 mg of the active ingredient, forskolin.
