This calcium is specially complexed with amino acids to enhance absorption and assimilation. Calcium is perhaps best known for its role in the formation and structure of bones and teeth. It is integral to nerve transmission, muscle movement and several enzyme systems.*

Directions: 1 tablet 1 to 4 times daily.

Calcium (from 1,000 mg of calcium amino acid complex) 200 mg

Other Ingredients: stearic acid, sorbitol, modified cellulose gum, silica, and magnesium stearate.
