Directions: 1 tablet up to three times daily.

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 500 mg
Rosehips Fruit 50 mg

Other Ingredients: sorbitol, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silica, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.
