Directions: 1 tablet daily with a meal, then increase gradually up to 2 tablets three times daily with meals.

Pure Whole Nugget Bee Pollen 1 g

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica, and stearic acid.
