Arginine Pyroglutamate + L-Ornithine

Directions: 1 tablet up to 4 times daily, especially prior to athletic activity, and/or before bed on an empty stomach. Keep tightly closed after each use. Moisture absorption by some amino acids may cause tablet disintegration.

Calcium 55 mg
L-Arginine L-Pyroglutamate 330 mg
Ornithine (as L-ornithine HCl) 300 mg

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate, and silica.
