Antioxidant Support

Vitamin E, a fat-soluble vitamin, is one of the body's chief antioxidants, helping to protect the body's cells against free radical damage. It plays a vital role in maintaining both skeletal and smooth muscle, and is necessary for the maintenance of red blood cells. The D-alpha-tocopheryl form of vitamin E has been shown to be twice as active as DL-alpha-tocopheryl, the synthetic form, in scientific studies. Directions: 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily.

Vitamin E (as D-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 268 mg (400 IU)

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, silica, and magnesium stearate.
