Serrapeptase is an enzyme that preliminary evidence suggests is active systemically and helps to ease minor aches, discomfort, swelling, muscle soreness, or joint stiffness that are from the body’s natural response to exercise and everyday activities. Directions: 1 to 2 capsules twice daily as needed on an empty stomach with at least 8 ounces of water.

Other Ingredients: maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), pectin, medium chain triglycerides, and water.
