Directions: 2 capsules three times per day for the first 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, reduce dosage to the maintenance level of 2 capsules daily.

RBAC™ (rice bran arabinoxylan compound) 1 g

Other Ingredients: gelatin (capsule), dibasic calcium phosphate, silica, and magnesium stearate.
