Directions 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Ingredients: 1 Tablet supplies:
Vitamin D-3 (as cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1,000 IU)
Vitamin K-2 (as menaquinone-7 [NattoMK-7™]) 120 mcg
Calcium (as dibasic calcium phosphate) 106 mg

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, and modified cellulose gum.

Allergies: Contains soy. Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, or wheat. Contains no preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

Warning: If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you are taking anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin (Coumadin(R)), consult a healthcare practitioner before using. Vitamin K2 may counteract the effects of anticoagulation therapy, and there is not recommended for patients on blood-thinning medications.
