Spirulina are blue-green microalgae with high nutritional value. They are especially rich in protein, beta carotene, and chlorophyll, and provide one of the few natural food sources of vegetarian vitamin B-12.
Directions: Use one rounded tablespoon daily mixed in water or juice, or add to soups, pastas, etc., after cooking. For advanced use, take 2 to 4 rounded tablespoons daily.
