Choline

Applications:Parkinson's disease, high cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, baldness, multiple sclerosis, glaucoma, eczema, alcoholism, muscular dystrophy, hypertension, diseases of the nervous system
Scientific Data:Lecithin is a common source of choline. Studies have shown that taking lecithin can decrease cholesterol levels and may be an effective way to treat atherosclerosis.
Recommendations:Choline is available as choline bitartrate, choline citrate, choline chloride or as a compound found in lecithin called phosphatidylcholine.
