Vitamin K

Applications:Osteoporosis, hemorrhaging, heavy periods, energy demands, post-surgery, colitis, gallstones.
Scientific Data:A study found that a significant number of women who suffered from osteoporosis were also deficient in vitamin K.
Recommendations:Fat-soluble chlorophyll is an excellent source of vitamin K and is recommended. Make sure you look for fat-soluble varieties as water soluble chlorophyll will not provide the same biological benefits.
