Vitamin E

What is it?Vitamin E is naturally occurring in oil-rich foods. Vegetable oils, especially soybean and sesame seed oil, contain Vitamin E. It is also found in lesser amounts in nuts, wheat germ, eggs, liver, green plants and many dairy products.
