Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)

Applications:Alcoholism, anxiety, depression, allergies, anemia, arthritis, asthma, diabetes, Addison's disease, diarrhea, joint inflammation, mental illness, muscle cramps, respiratory infections, hair loss, premature aging, stress.
Scientific Data:Data reveals that some people suffering from rheumatoid arthritis have decreased levels of pantothenic acid. Using this vitamin therapeutically has resulted in the alleviation of typical arthritis symptoms in some people.
Recommendations:Pantothenic acid is usually found as calcium pantothenate. Pantetheine is another form which is considered more bioactive.
