Applications:Vital for cellular protection, sulfur has antiaging properties and is needed for the formation of collagen. It is good for blood purification, dandruff, acne, hair, and irregular menstrual cycles.
Sources:Meat, poultry, eggs and fish and in small amounts in thiamine and biotin. Note: Sulfur is found in some of the amino acids of high protein foods. Garlic is particularly high in sulfur, which contributes to its therapeutic actions.
Recommendations:Sulfur is usually found as part of total supplemental formulas. For some individuals, sulfur intake should be reduced.
