Definition:Stevia is a South American herb with three hundred times the sweetening power of white sugar without any of white sugar's side effects. It is commonly used to satisfy cravings for sweets and as a sugar substitute. It is non-caloric and can be used in various foods.
Applications:Diabetes, food cravings (especially sweets), hypoglycemia, nicotine cravings, weight loss and sugar substitute..
