Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa)

Definition:Its antispasmodic properties have made it a favorite botanical remedy for menstrual cramps, muscle spasms and coughs. It is also believed to stimulate estrogen synthesis, making it a desirable supplement for menopause.
