Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus)

Definition:Known for its soothing properties, red raspberry helps to ease female discomforts while strengthening uterine muscle. It also promote tissue healing and healthy skin, bones and teeth.

Scientific Updates: Research has found that a particular constituent of the raspberry leaf caused either contraction or relaxation of uterine muscles as needed. It is also thought to build the tissue of the cervix to prevent tearing during delivery.
