Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

Definition:Peppermint is one the most popular herbal teas in America and has a wide array of pleasant and therapeutic properties. Used for flavoring and for its menthol content, it has both stimulant and antispasmodic actions. Pennyroyal and spearmint have similar properties.
